The Arlington Hotel & Saloon, a cherished historic landmark established in 1867, demanded a careful balance of preservation and modernization. Located in downtown Bay City, the project aimed to restore the building’s classic charm while adapting it to contemporary uses, including the addition of a rooftop atrium restaurant.
